Fantastic location, only 200 metres from the park entrance. Staff were very accommodating and helped with organising tours, booking cars and entrance tickets and even delivering breakfast to the park when we had a very early start.

The facilities were a little rustic and the swimming pool wasn't clean. There were several power outages during our stay, but that was outside of the hotel's control.

"Wake up to the songs of the gibbons"

The location is so close to the national park ticket booth and ferry ride over. You can hear gibbons sing in the morning! The staff were all very friendly and helpful! There is a restaurant, spa, and coffee shop right there on site. They have several tours available as well.

Netter Poolbereich, Damen an der Rezeption freundlich und bemüht und sprechen Englisch. Massage war fein. Essen passabel. Die Lage: Kurzer Fußweg zur Fähre zum Nationalpark

Komfort darf man sich für den Preis nicht erwarten. Bungalow fällt bald auseinander. Beim Frühstück ist kein Kaffee inkludiert. Den muss man vor dem Restaurant beim Getränkestand kaufen. Hilfreich, wenn man vorher darüber informiert wird. Manchmal kein Brot zum Frühstück ist ein No go. Zu wenig eingekauft und nichts mehr da und 5 Tage hat es das Restaurant nicht geschafft für Soda Nachschub zu sorgen. Ausverkauft und Pech gehabt. Verständigung oft schwierig, da schlecht Englisch gesprochen wird.
