"Horrible. Disappointing."

The absolute most disgusting hotel i have ever stayed in. They couldn't get my door to open on my first room (201) so they moved me to another room (249) I was swarmed by gnats when I opened the door. They were especially bad in the bathroom, coming from the drains. There were dozens of gnats all over the room. There was what appeared to be a large feces smear across the carpet, and in the back of the curtains. Concerned, I moved the mattress to check for bugs. There were brown stains on the bedding and doughnut wrappers under the bedding. Crumbs and hair on the bedding as well. There was evidence of black mold on the bathroom ceiling. I took pictures of everything and left and checked out 10 minutes later. They "couldn't refund me" because I booked a "non refundable room". I assumed it wouldn't be a biohazard... Also, when I was checking in, the hotel clerk LITERALLY got bit by a bug and said "I think this place has fleas" Later (after I found the bugs in my room) I reminded her that she had said she was bit by bugs when I was checking in, she responded "Oh, those are just down here, not in the rooms!" Dear God. Do not stay here. The pictures are misleading. There isn't and laminate flooring, just 40 year old carpet that smells rank. I left immediately and went next door to the Delta.

"We had a very pleasant stay."

Breakfast area was pleasant. Breakfast was appealing and fresh. Coffee was always hot and fresh. Check in was fast and easy . Clerks were nice and friendly and very helpful.
