The hotel is a great location with a short walk to the tourist hotspots. A 20 minute walk to the Pont Luis bridge. Staff were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotel offers a lovely terrace area were you can enjoy a coffee in the sunshine. or a glass of wine. The room was very clean with a very comfortable bed. They offered a pillow menu which i thought was a nice touch. The interiors of the hotel were immaculate and stunning to walk around to look at. We didnt eat in the hotel so i cannot comment on the food but the dining room looked lovely, bright and spacious. my only complaint was that we didnt stay long enough. This is a highly recommended hotel.

The mini bar had an unusually poor choice. Just coca cola and water? No juices, no wine. No snacks. No chocolate. The breakfast, I missed tomatoes and cucumbers for a fresh option outside cheese and cold cuts. Quality of mattress was not good. Pillows not great. The garage costs 30 Euro per day, or for an overnight parking, it is the closest parking and the hotel has no own parking, nor valet. this is not ok for a 5 star hotel.

Great location. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. A very comfortable room and bed. And the onsite restaurant (Scarlet) was phenomenal too.

There was a delightful cocktail shaker and beautifully glassware in the room, but, I didn't find alcohol and mixers in the minibar. But Scarlet downstairs made a terrific Negoni.

We chose this hotel due to its wonderful reviews and location, and we were not disappointed. Upon arrival we were greeted with smiles and professionalism, as well as enjoying a welcome drink of port from one of the local distilleries. Our room was beautiful, immaculate and extremely spacious, with a lovely written message and chocolates to greet us. The reception staff were always on hand to advise or make restaurant bookings/port distillery bookings etc. A big thank you to Juan who helped us greatly in this regard. Breakfast didn't disappoint, and we enjoyed omelettes, fresh pancakes, banana bread... We would highly recommend an evening cocktail at the hotel bar, Scarlett's. Once again, such professional service and wonderful cocktails. The hotel itself oozes elegance and charm, and it was one of the highlights of our visit to Porto. We would highly recommend again and again.

Die Lage war für uns perfekt - zentral und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Das Ambiente des Hotels ist gediegen und stilvoll. Unser Zimmer war geschmackvoll eingerichtet, das Badezimmer verfügte über eine großzügige Duschkabine. Das gesamte Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Das Frühstück hätte mehr Abwechslung bieten können.

L'emplacement, dans le centre historique. La décoration intérieure, pour partie de style art nouveau, bien mis en valeur.

L'acceuil, nous avons dû attendre notre chambre, alors que nous avions déposé nos valises à midi, et que l'on nous avait promis la chambre pour le début d'après-midi. A 15h30 , nous l'attendions encore.

Locatie zeer centraal. Prachtig hotel. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Heerlijk ontbijt.
