"Location, location, location!!!"

It’s location!!! Close to the market, walking distance to the Plaza and tour buses. Good water pressure. Warm room. Friendly and accommodating staff. I appreciated having hot coca tea when I needed it. We were pleasantly surprised how warm we were and a nice blanket!

"Se adaptó a mi necesidad"

Limpieza, tranquilidad, ubicación, costo/servicio. Flexibilidad para el ingreso, normalmente se ingres 11:00 AM, pero el vuelo llega a las 06:30 AM, y dieron la facilidad de poder acceder a la habitación al llegar. Buen internet y agua caliente.

Tuve una grata experiencia, no hay nada que no estuviera dentro de lo manejable.

"El peor “hotel” en el que me he hospedado"

Me entregaron una toalla rota y sucia, el edredon estaba manchado, la televisión se veía mal, hacía calor, no ofrecían nada de comida, es en un TERCER PISO DENTRO DE UN MERCADO (fui con una carry on y una mochila grande y fue tortuoso subir tantas escaleras), la habitación estaba sucia (encontramos restos de pop corn que nosotras no habíamos consumido), PÉSIMO. No entiendo como tiene tan buena calificación, DESCONFÍEN DE SU PUNTUACIÓN. No lo recomendaría ni a mi peor enemigo, ojala este comentario sea un motivo para que mejoren y muestren fotos realistas de la ubicación. Hay mejores hoteles al mismo precio asi que ni buena relacion precio-calidad
