"Great hotel"

Great hotel close to the Plaza. Like very close, about 5 mins walking. The market and arc are right in front of the hotel. Couldn't ask for a better location. Very hot water, which was critical during some cold nights. Lastly, the staff members were great, especially Jose Luis. He took care of us from before we arrived. Always friendly and helpful and went above and beyond. We went during semana santa, and his coworker called out, and he worked almost 2 days straight and kept a smile on his face. 10/10 service

There were lots of loud noises outside the windows, but the hotel can't control that. It's neighbors doing stuff and could be semana santa making it worse.

Les murs sont très fins et l'acoustique s'en ressent ! Pensez à prendre des boules kies.

La ubicación es frente a un mercado, así que podía hacer compras con facilidad. El señor que atiende es muy amable, hasta me llamaron para preguntar si quería el servicio de limpieza (gratuito). El cuarto siempre limpio, me pensaba quedar 1 día ,al final me quedé 4. Muy bueno

La TV no tenía internet
