L'emplacement est parfait. La propreté des lieux. La gentillesse du personnel. La piscine, la salle de sport, le petit déjeuner, tout est parfait.

We really enjoyed the service and hospitality. Very safe location, the desk is very polite to ensure that you have the requested service, such as taxi, the main lobby is very secure, clean and modern. We used the pool area one afternoon, but mostly we stayed for the feria of sevilla, it was a 20 mnt walk but it was very safe to do so. Getting a taxi or a bus was almost impossible. Of course prices for stays were higher than usual in most places. Still this ended up being a good option. They were very kind on my birthday leaving me a small gift.

We didn't like that the air conditioner is monitored and you are not able to lower the temperature at night as needed, so we were unconfortable for april, but I must say that this seems to be a practice in most of Spain :-)
