1. Wonderful location and a terrace in our room (in the morning it was very nice to drink coffee there) 2. Spectacular view (very rarely in our life we have such view, I’m sure) 3. Comfortable bed 4. You have almost you need in the room for cooking

1. Very cold floor and no slippers and robes 2. Many steps to climb to our room (for me it was not a problem, but in can be for older people or for sick people)

Salvatore is an extremely welcoming, kind and efficient host. The appartement is absolutely beautiful with period furniture, efficient heating, comfortable beds and a nice view from the living room window. Excellent value for money.

This place blew us away! Located in the centre of Sermoneta, it was a clean and comfortable stay. Our host was fantastic, he made sure we had everything we needed and helped us planning our itinerary all while maintaining our privacy. The balcony gave great views over the mountains. Kitchen was well equipped with 2 gas hobs, pots pans an utensils. Wifi was fast and smart TV was available to use with your own account. Checkin was easy even after midnight as it is self check in. We are so glad we booked this place. Keep in mind however most of the city only opens up from Thursday to Sunday, this is the best time to book!

There is really nothing we didnt like. Just note parking is an easy 10/15minute walk from the accomodation (less easy if you have a big wheeled suitcase!) and shower temp could have been warmer but these are minor points

The terrasse was an amazing place to stay for a couple of nights while exploaring Sermoneta! Salvatore was extremely helpful with all we could need help with. Parking, restaurant recs, tourist attractions nearby - everything. He was very welcoming and had prepared small gifts upon arrival. It’s a very sweet, personal and private room with a LOVELY terrace and the ~VIEW~ to die for!!

Be prepared for a lot of steep stairs to get up to the top floor! We had no problem with that but if you’re having problems with stairs I would suggest booking one of his other rooms!

Excellent location. Nice terrace with picturesque view. Big room. Breakfast was not available, but it was not a problem given a lot of bars nearby.

AC should be more powerful. It was a problem in summer.
