Tutto perfetto! Posizione pulizia gentilezza e disponibilità del proprietario Bellissima la terrazza con vista e molto apprezzati i prodotti per la colazione (fette biscottate marmellate te e caffè) sebbene non fosse inclusa!

"A unique experience in an authentic ambiance"

Property is much more impressive than in the photos! It is very carefully set up, with many authentic elements. The structure is a typical Sermoneta medieval house and you have to accept some particularities, like narrow steps. The rooms are situated in three levels. Showers working perfectly, very clean, spacious and convenient. One of the rooms has a huge bath in the basement - we did not use it but it looked fantastic! The upper room with a big terrace provides beautiful views on the town and surroundings. Mid level room has a big common living room with a well equipped kitchen. Absolutely recommended if you want a true Sermoneta experience and a good quality stay.

We liked everything.

"Comfortable and atmospheric apartment"

Our group of four hikers stayed in the second floor apartment. Lovely and atmospheric apartment with comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. The two bathrooms are across a small hallway and are very well equipped. Lovely rooftop terrace with views over the town. The great reviews for this house are well deserved!
