This place is amazing - if I could give it a higher rating I would . Not only is the apartment wonderful but the hosts are truly exceptional. During our stay I experienced a medical emergency and the hosts assisted us in every possible way. Their help greatly relieved an otherwise very stressful situation. We cannot say enough good things about both the apartment and the hosts. We highly recommend this apartment to other travelers visiting this wonderful medieval town in Italy.

Posizione perfetta nel cuore di Sermoneta. Casa arredata con estrema cura per fare un salto nel passato. Appartamento perfetto per rilassarsi lontano dal frastuono della città. Host gentile e disponibile.

Casa molto vecchia e quindi le scale non sono comode soprattutto per il trasporto dei bagagli.

"Historic, comfortable."

Aurora House is a very thoughtfully updated old building. Our unit had 2 large and comfortable bedrooms, and a large eating/dining/sitting area. Great views of the town. The owner was very helpful. Sermoneta is a beautifully preserved mediaeval hill town, and Aurora House is on a charming side street, very close to the main town square. The entry courtyard is guarded by a handsome orange cat.

As mentioned in other reviews, the (2) bathrooms for the unit are across the hall. But the bathrooms are both very clean and functional, and there is no privacy issue, because the apartment stands alone on the top floor.

Sermoneta is such a charming town and the Medieval House is a gem. We had the apartment with the terrace which had amazing views. Recommended

La posizione, a due passi dal castello, la struttura, antica ma rimodernata ad arte, l'illuminazione dell'appartamento molto calda e accogliente, l'arredamento molto curato, con elementi di pregio, il bagno, molto funzionale e il set in carta e legno molto green, e poi la vasca al piano interrato, ricavata nell'antica cisterna, semplicemente fantastica!

Manca una mensola per i saponi nella doccia. Curerei meglio l'illuminazione nella grotta della vasca, per creare una atmosfera più accogliente, così come l'intonaco della volta sopra la vasca.
