Hotel Indigo Chicago - Vernon Hills by IHG

Stayed one night. Clean room, friendly personable staff. Easy to get to downtown Chicago, without tolls from this location.Would stay again.

Everything exceeded expectations...

The location is excellent and the rooms are spacious.

During my visit, it was somewhat noisy. The shower did not work properly.

Quite clean. This is my 3rd stay (proximity to elderly family), I have had visits where the smell of smoke lingered (whether recent or not, hard to tell, even though all the rooms are non-smoking, there did not appear to be anywhere for smoking guests to go, so I imagine not everyone obeys the rule). I did have an issue with a clogged sink one time, and a malfunctioning ac unit in another. That being said, any time I brought an issue to the attention of the front desk, the issue was pleasantly and quickly addressed. Love the staff, and will most likely stay there again

Bathroom too small

The room was very dirty and dark. The floors were sticky and dirty. The couch had horrible stains and that had to be covered with sheets. The shower had mold and was very small.
