"Beautiful place and location but needs better maintenance response"

Beautiful place and great location.

The shower was broken so had to rig the wand to shower. More alarming was water was dripping from either the unit above or some leak in pipe. I have a video of water streaming down I sent them. They told me they couldn’t do anything because of the holiday, so not sure this nice location will stay nice as damage is inevitable.

My stay at Youropo was excellent- Good communication updates on instructions to check in and prompt communication regarding questions or concerns. I was able to store my luggage safely as i reached pretty early before my checkin time. I was really happy with everything- especially perfect location ! Inspite of being in middle of the city the Place was sound proof . Comfortable beds . Felt safe . Accessible to things easily around the location .

Few things were too high to reach for a petite person .

Apartamento com muita iluminação. Excelente localização. O apartamento tem todas as comodidades para preparar refeições básicas.

Considero que podiam investir no melhoramento em termos acústicos. Entra muito barulho pelas janelas Maior variedade de almofadas, pois as que existem não são confortáveis (demasiado baixas e moles)

Świetna lokalizacja. Blisko do większości zabytków Porto i rzeki. Wspaniała cukiernia vis a vis.

Mieszkanie bez charakteru. Brakuje mu klimatu. Brakuje też prostych udogodnień jak wieszaki na kurtki, mała suszarka do naczyń, stolik przed kanapę, szafka do odłożenia rzeczy. Teraz wydaje się niedokończone. Minimalistyczny stolik, minimalistyczne szafki nocne. Wystarczy na weekendowy wyjazd (2 noce).Na dłuższy pobyt już nie.
