"Disappointing. So called Hot Spring hotel but it’s more gimmicky than anything"

The Public Onsen is only open for 3-5pm!!!! Ridiculous for an Onsen hotel which requires a 2 hour drive from the city. Breakfast is horrible.

Breakfast is delicious and well-served. The location is the best part about this place. A sanctuary for family and lovers~

Extra charges for any additional items, including for extra blankets (because of the cool weather). Never heard of charging for additional blanket (charged by piece) in life.
