Apartament w świetnej lokalizacji – do Starego Miasta w Zadarze można dojść spacerem w około 15 minut, a do plaży jest zaledwie 2 minuty. Bardzo czysto i komfortowo. Wnętrze przestronne, kuchnia dobrze wyposażona, wszystko zgodne z opisem. Właściciel niezwykle miły i pomocny – regularnie kontaktował się z nami, pytając, czy czegoś nie potrzebujemy. Ogólnie pobyt oceniam bardzo dobrze i z czystym sumieniem mogę polecić to miejsce, zwłaszcza ze względu na lokalizację i życzliwość właściciela.

Na plus zdecydowanie cały pobyt, ale były też drobne niedogodności. Po kilku dniach pojawiły się nocne hałasy dochodzące jakby z zewnątrz sypialni – trudno powiedzieć, co to było, ale niestety utrudniało spanie. Drugi minus to strefa przy basenie – był tam tylko jeden parasol, więc w słoneczne dni brakowało cienia i trudno było się schować przed słońcem.

Mr Mislav is a very kind and friendly host. He greats us warmly upon arrival and was ready for us half an hour before checking-in. The house was very clean with everything well-equipped. The kitchen got all utensils you need and the bedrooms are spacious and clean. The bathroom is also decent. We also like the pool. For location, it was the best place I ever booked since it’s only a 15 mins walk to the city centre and around 7 mins walk to the beach with a very clear water. There’s a supermarket 8 mins away and we got everything we need from there. Bus station is also just opposite supermarket, so overall this place is very accessible and convenient. After going to the national park I was suspected I got bitten by some insect and after I seek help from Mr Mislav he immediately sent his friendly cleaner and she took us to the emergency which is only 5 mins away. Felt really warm. Overall this place was decent, convenient and with a friendly host.

One thing to mention is the boiling of hot water for shower is slow so if you’re a group try not to shower within a short period of time. It takes time to heat up the water so the first day I can only use cold water for a shower. But the weather here is very hot (mid August) so it’s okay.

Die Lage war phänomenal - gute 5 Minuten zum Strand und da gibt's rechts eher die Partymeile und links eher ruhigere Meter für Strand Baden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten genügend egal ob mit Auto oder zu Fuß. Zimmer war sehr angenehm und hat einfach alles gepasst. Sehr sauber, sehr ruhig und vor allem kühl durch die Klima. Die Außenanlage mit Pool und den ganzen Sitz und Liegemöglichkeiten sind perfekt. Wir hatten nahe zu immer Ruhe beim Pool und auf jeden Fall war es niemals überfüllt. Kein Vergleich zum Strand. Der Vermieter äußerst nett und zuvorkommend und sehr bemüht. Ebenso die Putzfrau - alle sehr höflich, nett und hilfsbereit. 👌 Außerdem konnten wir am Tag der Abreise noch das Auto bis 19 Uhr stehen lassen per Abmachung und dafür waren wir sehr dankbar und schätzen dieses Vertrauen. Alles in allem war es ein perfekter Urlaub und gerne kommen wir wieder, wenn es uns nach Zadar verschlägt. Danke für alles von unserer Seite nochmals! 🙂

Wir hatten etwas Obst zum Wegwerfen und wollten es nicht in den normalen Abfalleimer werfen. Musste dann etwas improvisieren, da wir nicht wussten wohin damit 😁 Für das WLAN bzw den Code dazu, könnte man noch eine Info im Zimmer platzieren per A4 Zettel etc. Somit mussten wir den Vermieter nochmal nerven und persönlich nachfragen, was zwar kein Thema ist, aber auch ihn immer ins Gewicht fallen wird. 🙈

Lovely stay. Sweet and nice host, always ready to help. Amazing pool, comfy furniture at the pool. Location is perfect, stores and a few restaurants nearby, quiet area. Close to pretty beach. 15 min walk city center with lots of restaurants and souvenirs.
