The welcome and friendlines of the staff, beautifull pool with a great green garden, parking available on site, walking distance to the city center and local beaches, piece and quiet, spotlessly clean courtyard.

Very clean and comfortable. Fresh and clean smelling and all bedding was clean and fresh. Peaceful location but within walking distance to old town. Large rooms. Comfortable bed. Powerful shower. All facilities and equipment you would need. Nice touch with a bottle of wine on the table for us. Nothing too much trouble for the host. Always checking if we need anything when they were there. Nice pool with comfortable beds. Definitely recommend to anyone and looking to return as soon as we are able.

Great location with a lovely walk into the Old Town . Really lovely pool area which was very peaceful. Apartment was amazing.

We had a ground floor apartment which was very clean and with all the facilities that we needed for a week's holiday. The pool area was lovely, we spent time by the pool in the afternoon and could always get a sunbed, there were also BBQ facilities available although we didn't use them. The apartment was in a quiet residential area which was about a 15-20 minute walk into the old town. It was possible to walk to Kolovare beach and you can walk along the side of the beach into the old town. A five minute walk will take you to a lovely family run restaurant, we ate there twice and it was very popular with families at lunchtime on Saturdays.

There wasn't anything that we didn't like.

Sehr schöner Außenbereich mit beheizten Pool, auch bereits im Mai. Wohnung auch schön, wenn auch mit etwas enger Treppe und kleinen Abzügen bei der Küche (Licht über dem Herd defekt, Kaffeemaschine kaum benutzbar) und dem Bad (viel Platz, aber wenig Aufhangmoglichkeiten für Handtücher, Überschwemmung bei Dusche wahrscheinlich). Alles in Allem aber eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung.

It was exceptionally clean. It was well equipped with all the essentials. It was in a quiet neighbourhood. It was spacious and allowed my teen some space. It was simply perfect.
