"It didn’t meet my expectations"

The staff was very nice

There was a dip in the bed. Felt like you were tipping over. Room/hotel was dated. Paint was chipping. Housekeeping got sloppy at leaving fresh items. The towels were abrasive

It’s so ran down now I remember when they had bar and everything was nice but even big branches of palm trees broke down while swimming
