De grootte van de kamers (upgrade gehad) en de espresso bij het ontbijt. Naast de duinen, handig voor quadrijden.

Personeel was iets minder behulpzaam dan elders. Restaurants ed alleen met de auto bereikbaar.

Notre séjour dans cet hôtel a été tout simplement exceptionnel. L’emplacement est parfait : facile d’accès et offrant une vue imprenable sur les magnifiques dunes de sable. Le cadre est calme et reposant, idéal pour se détendre en pleine nature. Nous avons eu la chance de faire un bain de sable à proximité de l’hôtel, une expérience inoubliable et très bénéfique. Great location right in front of the dunes and at the same time right off the main road, so there is no need to drive unpaved roads. Room was big, nicely decorated and quiet.

Very spacious and bright room, comfortable bed. Small calm riad. Nice food and friendly owners. Secure parking.

Perfect location, the dunes right outside They offer some tours (we did not try any). Easy to find, peaceful location. Huge room, comfortable beds (which is rare in Morocco). Spotless, nice amenities. Outdoor amazing.. Service was good. Food also good. Nothing to complain about. I would go back there

Absolutely beautiful! We were welcomed like family with tea and a snack. Staff were kind and personable and ready to help with any need. Hotel is modern and clean. Room was bright and nicely decorated. Food delicious. Can't say enough good things. If in Merzouga - stay here!

Well, I had stayed in many Riad's in Morocco. This property is located very close to the dunes as you can just walk. Rooms are Ok, but no kettle or water glasses are kept and you may need to ask and collect it yourself from the reception. Due to huge inflow of tourists in Merzouga and this place, I guess the service levels are just very normal like any other commercial hotel and you will not feel any special welcome or warmth of Riads. In Breakfast, the person serving will give you feeling that whatever is kept for you in the table should be sufficient (in clear body language) and you may hesitate to even ask for omlette.

Rooms are basic with no facilities for heating water, no kettle, no glass. Also no one bothers to bring to your room, you need to go and get on your own. Service levels are so so probably as many guests visit this place and the staff is not so much bothered. Also in breakfast, you will find bit resistance if you ask for bit more. Price of this hotel for what i see in the room and service levels, I would say is bit over priced.

Simply the best, Youssef took care of everything and my kids had the time of their life. We stayed at the hotel and and the camp. Tranfers, meals and activities, camel rides, local music and excellent food. Higly recommended for families, couples and people looking to experience a great time.
