This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. It is beautiful, charming and the team is fantastic! You saw the same friendly faces every day. The property is gorgeous, the rooms are unique. I doubt there is another comparable hotel anywhere in Punta del Este. Nothing like the modern glass buildings that line the beachfront - this is old world European charm. And don’t miss the waffles!

É um exemplo da melhor hotelaria tradicional. O ponto alto é o seu jardim interno. Os hóspedes só não gostam da hora de ir embora.

Hotel bom, porém não me senti em um 5 estrelas...atendimento frio e sem nenhum agrado. Os funcionários não fazem nada para te agradar. Tudo é cobrado, ate mesmo uma xícara de chá. Cobram absurdos 35 dólares de taxa de rolha se você quiser abrir o seu espumante ou vinho nas dependências do hotel. No quarto, não oferecem máquina de café, chá ou água cortesia, como a maioria dos 5 estrelas. O café da manha também não oferece nada alem do básico. O Hotel famoso por seus waffles não possui waffles no café. Hotel é bem localizado e tem um jardim lindo mas Com certeza não vale o custa.

Very clean, excellent service, nice fireplace and breakfast. Checking inn was a bit confusing as the front desk didn't receive any input from Expedia, but that was not their fault.

I felt like I was in the middle of a European retreat vast property with immaculately trimmed lawns and gardens.

Hotel continua charmoso e com atendimento impecável, seja da recepção, seja da gentil Laura, no café da manhã. Recomendo um quarto voltado pro jardim.
