I signori ospiti entrambi gentilissimi ,la casa semplice ma accogliente e pulita ,la vista mare ,a due passi,meravigliosa. Da lì si può goderte di un bellissimo tramonto

Ubytování bylo kousíček od moře, autobusové zastávky, obchodu i pekárny. Vše, co je potřeba, je naprosto k dispozici. Navíc jsme měli krásný výhled z balkonu a pokoje.

Trochu starší koupelna a myčka, ale úplně v pohodě

It was very nice sea view from the beautiful balcony, and it is very close to the beach. I liked extra service with the boat tour. It was comfortable and well organized.

There were spiders' webs in the rooms and it's a bit dusty inside. The house ants were living in the bathroom under the carpet. There are small holes in the floor there, so it's plenty of them coming from these holes. 😬So every time when I put ants away from the room, which is next to the bathroom, they came again and again.The good news are that these house ants don't bite you 😅, but it's quite scaring and not pleasant when you see a lot of them in the bathroom and the room on the floor. The appartments "service" provided us with 3 plastic packets for rubbish and 2 toilet paper rolls for 1 week for 4 persons, but there wasn't any information about that there are these limits for guests during one week 🤯🤨 It will be nice to know about this exotic rules in advance 😁. So when we needed more, we had to buy these stuff. Another surprise for us was with the cleaning service there. There was information in the booking.com bill, that these appartments' service includes cleaning services, so it was paid. But they actually don't have it. 😕 And the cherry on the top of the management in this apartment was that they changed the check out time for us and didn't inform us about it. So in the morning when we were packing our stuff before check out time. It was one hour before check out, the next clients just opened the door and we all were very surprised what's going on. It was very disappointing because we choose these appartments on booking.com because they had suitable check out time for us. But unfortunately instead of host's excuses because of this situation, we got very rude comments about our personal life🤯 Yeah, it was very sad and disappointing experience for us, because of this absolutely unexpected unprofessional and unappropriate behavior. Anyway the beaches in Zadar are amazing. And I hope our story helps other people to improve their next vacation experience. Especially if you don't like ants in your room🙂

very nice host, we were satisfied with everything. We will definitely be back. Everything is very close (beach, restaurants, shops)
