Extended Stay America Select Suites - Greenville - Airport

The staff accommodated us with an early check in. The rooms was ok. They were roomy and clean. Only stayed for one night, so I didn't have any complaints

You get absolutely nothing in the rooms. No Coffee Pot, No Toaster, No toiletries!! Overbooked the hotel so had to come up with additional $ over a hundred… instead giving me the room available at the same price as I booked for. Staff was completely unavailable and dumb founded of why we requested certain things, then when you complain of something their response is, it’s corporate we have no control over anything. Cabinets were falling apart, no garbage can, stove was covered is some black substance that stained my pots… I would never recommend or refer someone to this location even if this was the last place available.

Location

Did not have soap to wash hands for either sink in kitchen or bathroom. No kitchen amenities such as paper towels or soap. No soap for bathing. Hallway carpeting was wet and stunk of weed. Drunk lady sitting in hallway 2 doors from our room. Is this a halfway house for recently released criminals or drug rehabilitation?? Terrible experience! If we were so tired from driving, we would have left upon seeing the room. Needs to change its name from extended stay to good luck on your first month out of jail. Stayed in many extended stays….this was the worst!!!!

U need tu be able to prepare my own food.
