I liked the staff

The dingy and dimness of the room, No working remote...and yes I contacted the office!

Nice friendly staff.

I did not like that they charged me a deposit. Every time I have booked on booking, I have never had to pay a deposit. Also, the towels were horribly hard.

Huge cockroach on shower curtain

We were really disappointed,There was nothing Premier at this Hotel, from arriving,noticed a big dead shrub in from of the building, the windows were very dirty, the concrete at the entry all cracked and paint missing. Had to wait for front desk to show up,the light fixture over reception area dangling down, the elevator carpet torn and making a loud noise before it stops.the bed was actually comfortable, the tv channels are next to none, the air conditioner barely cooled,the shower head made squeaky noise, no swimming pool it looked like a storage area. The breakfast was mediocre,no stirring sticks or spoons for the coffee,I had to use a cup

I asked the receptionist for cleaning of my room she told me that they do it every 5 days I told her that I just gone stay 2 day she promise me will find some one to cleaned but they did not They limit your towels I asked for another one they give it to me but not in good mood.

Ok so we wanted to stay here because of the pool my 5yr old wanted to swim. Their was no pool its closed for however long, the pillows in the room were half pillows a king bed and we got 3 half pillows. And breakfast 4/10 they had the basic stuff at its best! I juat think if u say or show then it should look or show whn u arrive. The staff wasnt bad at all just the little things that woulda made it better.
