The only positive aspect of my stay was the location. The hotel is next to a lively mall with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shopping options, making it very convenient

This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I've had. After arriving around 8:50 PM following a long flight, I was told to wait about 30 minutes because my room was not ready. When I finally checked in, the room was not the category I had booked through the hotel's website. The next morning, I discovered my bags were covered with bugs and insects coming from the room. I documented everything with photos and videos and reported it to the hotel manager who reacted so negatively on my concern . Instead of acknowledging the seriousness of the issue, he explained that it was "natural" because of the carpets and furniture. For a five-star hotel, I found this response unacceptable and disappointing. The poor room condition, the delayed check-in, and the management's handling of a serious cleanliness issue made this one of the worst hotel stays I have experienced. Unfortunately, I would not consider staying here again.
