USCleanliness, new property, good staff
No provision of room mirror, no electric kettle, there was no cook. Lunch dinner were brought from outside restaurants. Toiletries were not provided. It's not at all walkable from Mall Road

INI was there for a business meet for 1day , first look its a big holiday in homestay , the staff is extremely friendly , polite and treated us very well . The rooms are just wow, great interior and spacious . The food was very nice specially the breakfast was well spread.
INThe property was well maintained and room service and food was awesome.
The management was adamant about advanced payment even though we had advanced booking through booking.com which was not required as per the conditions. Upon reaching the hotel they didn’t even consider our booking and didn’t provide facilities such as heater in an extremely cold winter which was previously confirmed by management when booking was confirmed. Sales team personnel “nandini” was absolutely arrogant and unwilling to help when called for service such atrocious service won’t take you long in the hospitality industry. I was devastated to see Booking.com shitty service. They do not consider Booking.com a proper platform and think they can do whatever they want as long as the guest comes up to their hotel and pays the tariff we were expected to reach the hotel at six however due to uncertain circumstances reached at 10:30 thinking that okay at least will have his heater and a heated room to sleep in and all we were delivered was absolute disgrace.
