Deceptive advertising and marketing practices.

Honest pricing. The Pillows were way too big and hard. The toilet was made for 4-5 year olds.

"Superb"

I got my own personal entrance, and bathroom. There was a convenience store not even a two minute walk from the house.

Owner forgot to give me wifi password.

spacious, confortable room, true to description

make more clear how to access the room upon arrival . we got confirmation that we could get an hour early ( by 3pm instead of 4pm) , but upon arrival there was no answer on the phone number provided, so we had to leave and come back later, closer to the original arrival time.

"Average, could be better, will not return"

Location was good if you have a car to get to places/beach. Quiet neighborhood, nice and safe. Quadruple Room is spacious and was clean (price changes if more than 2 people lol). Parking available on the street. Easy lock code system to get in/out. It is a big house converted to different rooms.

There are sugar ants in the room so I recommend to avoid bringing any type of food into the room. The owner was very rude upon checking-in over a credit card dispute that was solved on his favor, so it was very disappointing to have the worst welcome ever with zero customer service, even after he won the dispute (I am still in shock of how I was treated). Be aware of the “date changes allowed” policy since Booking.com was not able to do anything about it. You get to change the date only once and you cannot use the total value you paid to make a new reservation based on different circumstances and the current nightly rate (#nights, #guest, #nightly rate, type of room).
