"I expected better in Venice."

Directly on a major road so it was often noisy. Loud man yelling from a balcony, with Sarasota sheriff’s deputies arriving, making me feel unsafe. No coffee maker in room. One of the beds was unusable as it made noise every time I moved. Next time I’d pay a little more for peace of mind and comfort.

"Never had such a bad experience until here"

McDonald's next door so I could wash my hand n teeth with hot water. Bc this place didn't have any.

Horrible. Bed was has hard as the floor, it made a metal on metal sound with the slightest movement. Nothing but sheets on the bed no comforter or blanket. Power even went out for a brief period There was NO hot water barely even Luke warm. No water pressure. Left after first night and having to fight to get rest of stay refunded. Staff was rude and refused to help or even give me a checkout slip until I stared recording. Booking com is suppose to refund the 2nc night we paid for but did not stay. Still waiting on that refund.

"Crap."

No breakfast offered. Phone didn’t work. Hot water very sketchy. Place looked like a dump. Not worthy of Wyndham or booking.com. We paid for 2 nights but only stayed 1 night and hope to get a refund but not sure we will because of 3rd party ownership. Very disappointing.
