The bed was really hard, felt like sleeping on the floor with a comforter. I would return after confirmation that mattress was changed.

We booked the Ou Plaas room and truly appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the overall cleanliness of the environment. It made for a peaceful and convenient stay, which we enjoyed.Overall, we would consider booking again for the convenience and location, but improvements in comfort would greatly elevate the experience.

That said, there are a few areas that could be improved to enhance guest comfort. The curtains and carpet could benefit from a deep clean, and upgrading the beds to base and mattress would make a significant difference—especially for older guests, as my mother found them quite uncomfortable. Additionally, replacing the current sofa with a sturdier wooden one would improve both comfort and safety, as it felt somewhat unstable.
