The best thing about this hotel was the location. It was right in the centre of things and in a pedestrianised area. The hotel was stylish, clean, and staff were polite and visible. The standard room was very small with very little space to put anything. There was no desk, only a tiny round table that just about held my laptop. Big cuptboards took up the rest of the space, yet the entrance area was empty. I asked reception for an additional table to put in the entrance area so that we had somewhere to put things. The hotel was quite busy while we were there, so our room didn't get cleaned till quite late and things didn't always get stocked up. Overall it was a nice stay but at over 300 euros a night, it was mostly the location that made it value for money.

Perfect location. We stayed a week, went away for a week and came back for a couple more days. Never took the metro or bus, walked everywhere. What’s unique for such a central location is that it’s super quiet at night. You’re in the middle of Life but if you want to get away from it all, it’s an oasis of tranquility. The staff were super helpful and friendly as well, and clearly enjoy their work. We will be back.

For the price, I would expect a guarantee for the type of bed (two singles or double). Their automated response is they do their best but for such a premium price, I was hoping to buy peace of mind. Luckily, the staff in fact did do everything they could to organise it as per our wishes, so it was perfect. It’s just that the uncertainty created a bit of anxiety at our end.

L'emplacement, central et en même temps au calme. Tout est accessible à pied. A quelques minutes de Puerta del Sol et à seulement 2min de Plaza Santa Ana, superbe place au centre de Madrid Avec pas mal de terrasses et restaurants à Tapas. On a adoré le côté boutique hôtel, intimiste et cozy. Notre chambre était au calme, c'est parfait pour se reposer tout en sachant qu'à l'extérieur il y a tout de même de l'ambiance. Le petit déjeuner est excellent, tout y est, y en a pour tous les goûts, du salé, sucré, ca passe des œufs qu'on peut commander à la carte aux fruits et aux différentes options de lait (amande, avoine...), fruits, jus frais...nickel. Le personnel est aussi accueillant et serviable. La literie est confortable (peut-être matelas un peu mou pour certaines personnes).

Seule recommandation : ajouter des mouchoirs en papier dans les chambres.
