Noisy, room smells bad, bathroom doesn’t have a shower tray and it leaks all the way to the room when u shower. Zero safety because it has a motel setting and anyone can access your room (outdoor access to rooms and no security). Hôtel management were not cooperative and didn’t respond to my complaints. I booked a sea view room which should’ve been the best option they have.

Wir sind im Juli eine Woche dort gewesen. Normalerweise schreibe ich keine Bewertungen, aber dieses Hotel war wirklich ausgezeichnet: Das Personal war -bis auf eine Mitarbeiterin- überaus freundlich, nett und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel war sauber, ruhig und das Essen war super. Der Hotelmanager konnte uns gute Tipps für die Umgebung geben. Wir sind mit dem Auto da gewesen. Das Hotel ist auf einem Berg, so, dass es fußläufig nicht ganz so easy bis zur Stadt bzw. Strand ist. Es gab aber auch andere Gäste, die kein Auto hatten, was scheinbar auch kein Problem darstellt. Das Hotel hat einen super Ausgangspunkt um die Umgebung zu erkundigen. Ich möchte mich an dieser Stelle noch mal bei dem Hotelmanagern und seinem Personal herzlichst bedanken.

Wir können das Hotel absolut empfehlen. Schöne Zimmer, toller Service, das Personal ist super. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit dort und kommen bestimmt wieder.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful boutique hotel. The location is stunning — perched on a hill in Cannigione, it offers breathtaking views over the area. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, just what we were looking for. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They assisted us with organizing a boat tour and gave us great recommendations on where to eat around the island — all of which turned out to be perfect choices. Breakfast was delicious every morning, with plenty of fresh options. All in all, we were extremely satisfied and truly enjoyed our time here. We hope to return one day!

Overall I would say the standard of the hotels in Italy are slightly poorer than traveling elsewhere. The hotel felt more like a 3* than 4* Staff is polite and rooms look pretty much like the pictures, however, the bathrooms were not up to standard. There was no proper shower. No walls or doors to separate the shower from the rest of the bathroom/toilet and the whole room got wet when we showered. Cannigione is a very small town with a few shops and restaurants. Charming, but not much happening.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Very clean. Lovely pool. Good central location.

Additional prices for breakfast items and use of roof hot tub.
