L'emplacement qui permet d'accéder à l'hyper centre en 10-15min environ

Difficile d'accès si on vient en voiture, chambre pas hyper propre avec des remontées au niveau des toilettes, mur sale qui nécessite un coup de peinture, attitudes du personnel qui savent parler français mais font genre qu'il ne le comprend pas face à des touristes étrangers alors que la langue officiel du pays est le francais, je trouve cela inconcevable quelque soit les rivalités politiques qui existe entre Bruxelles et Anvers! Dîner le prévoir soir pas top et on a fait payer à mon mari un verre de bière de 50cl alors qu'il nens'aigissait que d'un verre de 33cl

We chose this hotel because we were going to Graspop for just one day and it could not have been a better location. Super close to the train station and to the bus that brought us back from the festival at the end of the night. The room had everything for a comfortable stay.

The hotel closes its doors at night, which is understandable, and you have to ring a bell so the staff at the reception can upon it up for you. On the night we came back from the festival the staff took awhile to open the doors which was quite frustrating as it was raining a lot and everyone was soaking wet. Could have been an innocent mistake but knowing you have lots of guests that are going to the festival, that are arriving at 3 a.m. and that there is a huge thunderstorm happening, should have been better prepared.
