Kayangan Villa Ubud

The place is clean and very welcoming. The staffs were ready to serve. Even in the middle of the pouring rain, they came to my room without delay to help out. The pool is gorgeous and just added to the ambiance. We went there to relax and it is definitely the place to do so. It is not close to the busy part of Ubud, hence away from pollution! We really enjoyed the scenery and hanging out at the outdoor lobby and by the pool. We had no problems with the WiFi there. I forgot to cancel my kids' online classes and had to use their WiFi to attend class. They did fine.

It's not the property's fault, but it was raining practically the whole time we were there. We didn't have the chance to enjoy the pool at all. When we go back I hope that the weather would be kinder to us then.

The phone didn’t work, we didn’t had hot water at night (in the bath or the shower) , and we ordered the breakfast at 9:45 and we get it at 10:30.

- Secluded location, no nearby places or stores or anything to go to - Grab/Gojek/Uber are not allowed in the area - Lots of mosquitos and geckos

Beautiful manicured rice field view. Quiet and away from the party scene.

Facility is old, broken wooden cabinet. Doors do not close. Unclean drawers (full of stuffs from previous guests). Bath towels were old and dingy, it seems it had been used hundreds times. Requested accommodation was not met. We booked one villa with private pool and one pool view. We requested a connected room (due to my son who is a special needs child traveling with us) Request was confirmed by email from the property management prior to our arrival. At time of check-in, connected room was not available. My child was put at the very end of the compound. After I raised my concern, he was relocated the next day but the same evening was asked to move again and the next day we were told that we have to change room because the room that my son was relocated to has been sold. I insisted we stayed at the same assigned rooms. At check out, we were asked to pay an up grade charges for relocation. The person who checked us out was the bus boy from the kitchen (8:30am there was no one manning the front desk) this poor boy didn't even know where to look for the file. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!!! STAY AWAY...
