The apartment was newly refurbished, light and airy and in a perfect location. It was immaculate and extremely cosy. I felt good staying there.

If I have to mention any … it has to be the elevator which is old and slow. But who cares.

Amazing staff ready to accommodate you and give (good) recommendations for places to visit. The room was spacious with a comfortable full-sized bed. Delicious croissants were waiting for us every morning, along with standard Italian breakfast options.

I can't really tell as we haven't really slept there. We asked to cancel the booking a week in advance of the stay and it wasn't possible because of the policy. Ok get it, but we decided to not stay there anyway as it felt a bit claustrophobic and albeit it looks as the photo it feels somehow different and smaller. I had initially booked this place because of the reviews but upon check-in to me it was a bit of a sad and dark place to stay, appreciate it can feel differently to others. The staff was polite but the total inflexibility of the request, even to deduct the cost of breakfasts because we decided to stay somewhere else so didn't have breakfast. The whole approach to it didn't really help to rate this place well. Ultimately we hadn't requested to cancel 24 hours before but a week before. So take that inflexible approach into consideration. We travel a lot and this never happened from hosts before.

It was clean, neat and perfect location. The staff was extremely nice and helpful

It’s nothing to do with the property, but if you’re planning to stay over the weekend, expect it to be loud at night. A nearby bar was blasting music way over midnight on a Friday night. Nobody was complaining and I guess it’s normal in Italy
