Hotel AT Hatfield Apartments

I liked mostly about the property and staff were friendly and welcoming.

The door needs to be pushed hard in order to close.

The apartment itself was very comfortable and exactly as advertised. The facility was great.

The room service kept either not replacing towels or leaving dirty ones as they were. The most upsetting aspect of our stay was that nothing was done to control noise after hours by any means. One night, there was a "party" with music and loud talking going on by reception that I had to get out of bed twice after 10pm to ask the guard to wrap it up. Another night people in the next door room shouting and drinking until 5am, wouldn't listen to please. Overall as nice as the apartment was, our stay and sleep was ruined by inconsiderate guests and ignorant staff doing nothing to keep things under control after hours.

Everything was the best I really enjoyed , location and clean. The gate they open on time and don't have to worry about your safety.
