Expo Delight by Homing

Location is perfect.

There were no soap and shampoo in bathroom, only 4 small pillows, no garbage bags… and other small things which should be in place for this price.

The only thing good was the location because we had an EXPO to attend.

The main bedroom toilet was not working. Plus you could not take a shower in the bedroom shower as the tub was lacking. The pictures of the flat in the booking are very old and do not show the damage that the flat has. There were no hygiene products when we arrived, and we had to wait for 2 days for them would bring us.

The apartment was very especions and beautiful. The location was espetacular.

The microwave is in bad condition. The carpet was very dirty, no soap in the bathroom and kitchen, the toilet paper was old, the shower curtain was dirty, although it was replaced when I called about it, and also the toilet seat was fixed when I called.

there was no hot water or heating for 4 days. the agent intimidated that I was a liar when I told them it wasn’t working. the boiler had an alarm. my main issue was their attitude. the location is great but I’ll never stay there again because of their attitude

The apprtment is nice

The place made us wait for keys for more than a hour at the cold and didnt answer the phones. Made us chaise them and we lost a day because of this They wrote that thay have free parking. They showed the parking but i had to pay 9 euro for that when it was supposed to be free. And when contacting them about it they didn't even reply. Not recommended because of really bad customer experience

close to the airport and good connection to the city

We received 3 keys for the flat and front door, but no remote control for the Garage / Parking place. So we could not use the garage place which we had booked. The reception could not help us.
