Island Inn Beach Resort

The view was great and very convenient to everything.

No hot or even warm water for the 1st 2 days. Only 1 small lamp. Light over vanity did not work and the entry only 2 out of 3 light bulbs worked.

I have stayed at Island Inn on several occasions but this past stay, my only criticism is that the room needed improvements. No fan for the bathroom, needed a rug by the bed because the floor wasn't clean, only 2 towels for 3 people staying in the room, and holes in the wall where fixtures were removed. BUT- the front desk is VERY accommodating, the property itself is very well maintained like the pool and the bathroom by the pool- and all the staff is very nice. I will definitely stay there again, but I will be more selective on my choice of rooms.

The location was nice. Beach access was great

The room was old. Plumbing barely worked and the bed/pillows were like sleeping on a rock

It was very convenient to where we wanted to be

The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable neither one of us were able to sleep
