Ήταν σε σχετικά βολικό σημείο, ακριβώς μπροστά στάση λεωφορείου τραμ και το μετρό στα δεκαπέντε λεπτά.

Καμία σχέση με αυτό που φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες. Πολύ στριμωγμένο, καθόλου φωτεινό, με μυρωδιά υγρασίας και κλεισούρας. Το ταβάνι εξαιρετικά χαμηλό, πρέπει να σκύβεις συνεχώς για να μη χτυπήσεις. Σεντόνια κιτρινισμένα εμφανώς παλιά και βρώμικα. Ο καναπές επίσης είναι εντελώς λεκιασμένος και βρώμικος δε θέλεις καν να τον ακουμπήσεις. Και το χειρότερο, ΚΑΤΣΑΡΙΔΕΣ ΠΑΝΤΟΥ. Στις σκάλες τις πολυκατοικίας κάνει συχνές εμφανίσεις πλήθος κατσαρίδων. Είδαμε κατσαρίδες ακόμα και μέσα στο διαμέρισμα. Η διαχείριση άκρως απαράδεκτη κι αυτή. Επικοινωνήσαμε αμέσως για το πρόβλημα με τις κατσαρίδες, μας ρώτησαν απλώς αν είδαμε μόνο μία και μετά σταμάτησαν να απαντάνε παρά τις προσπάθειες μας. Παρατήρησα ότι πρόσφατα έγιναν παρομοιες κριτικες, όταν το κλείσαμε δεν αναφέρονταν στις κριτικές τέτοια προβλήματα (κατσαρίδες, καθαριότητα, απροθυμία). Δεν ξέρω αν είναι προσωρινό πρόβλημα αλλά σε κάθε περίπτωση μην κάνετε το λάθος να κλείσετε αυτό το διαμέρισμα. Και μόνο η στάση του γραφείου της Homing ως προς τα παράπονα για την έλλειψη καθαριότητας και την ύπαρξη κατσαρίδων είναι ένα μεγάλο ΟΧΙ σε αυτό το κατάλυμα.

Location is amazing

It wasn’t clean. The toilet smelled of sewage terribly, we had to pour bleach every time we used the shower, which also had a missing door. The WC also smelled really bad.

I myself hardly lived there at all because I had to urgently go to Belgium and Kazakhstan for work. My family lived in the apartment. They are very happy and send you their thanks.

Microwave was not working and it took 4days to replace it

How it looked

Low roof, lacked materials to cook, loud unmaintained toilet, tv didn't work, airplanes wouldn't let anyone sleep every 15m all night. We left after the first night. I want my money back

I have not received my deposit back since leaving the accommodation on September 2nd. I've called more than 50 times, and every time they say my refund is a priority, but nothing is happening. They keep repeating the same thing. I have proof of my payment of €250 for the deposit, but I still haven't received it. On September 5th, they told me the refund had been processed and that I would receive it within 7 working days, but it's now been over 20 working days.

The location was a little out of the main area but a short walk or well connected by transport. There was tones of space for the price advertised.

They took a cleaning deposit that they said they would return in full and never did and this was €250 -Watch out! The place wasn’t the cleanest and we had to go buy hand wash/ dishwasher and a scrubber this as there was none at the property.
