Two friends from church and I stayed at the Crowne Plaza on April 17 while in Moncton for a men’s conference. The room was clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast buffet was well worth the cost too! Tess from the Baton Rouge was friendly and courteous.

Lisa from catering was absolutely AMAZING! She was kind, funny and so accommodating. We were there for two days with over a 100 people with many allergies and intolerances. She went above and beyond to make sure everyone had what they needed and felt very welcome!!

They made a beautiful arrangement with swan towels heart balloons and rose petals on our bed when we arrived. The staff are AAA+++, genuinely feel welcomed and cared for when we stay there. The staff make it a wonderful experience. Excellent location for accessing downtown, restaurants, and nightlife.

The pool area and steam could be cleaner. The hot tub wasn't working properly when we were there.
