This isn’t your typical anonymous hotel. Wilma, the owner, is exceptional. She knew us by name and was kind and helpful throughout our stay.

I booked Residencial Belle Maison based on all the previous reviews about the warmth of Vilma and I was not disappointed. Vilma is the kind of host who instantly makes you feel at home — warm, caring, and always ready to help with anything you need — a true mother. She truly goes above and beyond to ensure her guests have the best possible experience. The property is situated a little away from the main buzz of Cusco, which makes it peaceful and relaxing, yet it’s still an easy walk into the center. Vilma was always on hand with great advice about places to visit, local tips, and anything else we needed during our stay. The place may not be the newest, you are entering someone’s home, but the beds are super comfortable and my room had everything I needed. Vilma’s warmth over rules everything
