Tiene muy buena ubicación para lo que requería que era ir al Movistar Arena y ademas la habitación era agradable y muy espaciosa.

Tiene muy poca ventilación y por ende hace bastante calor y se sienten malos olores.

Si el plan es ir a un concierto en el Movistar, el hotel es muy buena opción, son 5 minutos caminando.

Es verdad que se mueve el edificio, pero desde el principio lo explican. Si alguien es muy sensible o temeroso a esas cosas, mejor no. De lo contrario nada grave.

La limpieza no fue la mejor, el ruido de la avenida, además del movimiento por el paso de los camiones. Sin amenities, sin desayuno. Servicio del staff apenas dentro de lo esperable

La ubicación.

El hotel está en mal estado, falta mantenimiento y limpieza. El precio es alto por la habitación en mal estado, con paredes sucias, húmedas, muebles manchados y en mal estado, humedad en el baño, la caneca rota, llave goteando, sin secador, sin espejo de mano, toallas viejas. Sillas en mal estado. Podrían ofrecer desayuno.
