The property was getting ready for renovations. The hallways and near the windows was very cold. Carpets appeared fairly worn. The beds were nice and comfy. The front desk staff were very pleasant. My husband reports the breakfast was good. I couldn't go because I was preparing for surgery. The room was clean.

"On par with most Best Western properties"

Defective wall unit either ran nonstop and made the room unbearably hot or had to turn completely off. Hallways were freezing, as they apparently didn’t have the common area heat on. Breakfast was fine for free offering, but nothing special.

The hotel is easy to find. The check-in was quick. The king size bed was very comfortable. The room and bathroom was very clean. Compimentary breakfast is a plus if your in a hurry. Walk to casino, lots of restaurants nearby.

Beautiful place. If you’re aiming to stay here to go to the casino next door, I am sure it’s convenient! I stayed because my family lives in Philly and I visited for Christmas, so it was beautiful for that as well. If looking for a hotel to be close to downtown (center city) this is not it!

Tried to check in around 4:00pm on December 7th, 2024, so I could get into my room after driving 3 1/2 hours and get a shuttle by 4:15 for my nieces wedding. I almost missed the shuttle, when I was checking in the girl that was helping me told me that I did not have a reservation and that I needed to pay. I had paid $163.50 on Nov 25. 2024 with Expedia. I have her my conformation number (she took it off my phone) she could not find anything, then I read it to her and still could not find anything . Now there were other people in the lobby and I was getting embarrassed, then she asked a coworker and then she said something about a temporary credit card that she needed to enter to see if it would work for my room. Then tells me that I have to give a $250.00 security deposit. It was a horrible and embarrassing check in experience. Never did they apologize to me. Would not have been happy if I had missed the shuttle for my nieces wedding. Deb Delaney
