Inn at Fox Chase - BW Premier Collection

I like the staff - friendly, informative, professional, accommodating; i like the laundry mat, snacks available to buy, hot drinks available at all times, close to all kinds of food establishments and the area is safe and the hotel is quiet.

The TV in room 209 has an image burned into the screen and should be replaced.

Everything was really good. In the wall AC is little outdated and noisier than expected.

It was a very good experience the hotel is very clean and the staff was very nice and courteous. I will book a room here again.

The staff was Very friendly, had a nice lobby with complimentary coffee choices , fresh ice water and a nice bar. The breakfast was nice as well.

The bar/ pool wasn’t open and our room shower did not work, they had to switch our room and one of the staff member wasn’t Pleasant to us she had an attitude problem.

Wow. On a main street, but recessed and serene. Our room had a tinted picture window. And keurig. And fridge. Spacious. Two comfortable chairs with arms. Comfortable mattress. Breakfast included, extended continental with lots of breakfast choices. WiFi. We originally booked another hotel (nonrefundable) which had some serious issues. Inn at Fox Chase was mentioned by waiter at restaurant. We booked thru Expedia, after first calling hotel directly. Online was a way better and welcome price. Thrilled about this choice.

Terrific stay, the staff was engaging, professional and polite. This property is close to many franchise restaurants which are within a walkable distance as is the Parx Casino.

Remote did not work properly. Room smelled of cigatette smoke. Shower water was boiling hot. Not an exaggeration. But other than that the room and breakfast were good
