Friendly staff

Good, Coprative and well Behavior of Staff and management.

Many time we face problem against extention of booking.

Cheap, aircon in the dorms, kitchen available. The staff were also very lively.

not particularly clean. bathroom in the dorms was not good at all and very dirty. location was a bit far from things, we did a lot of walking. Turning right and following the street yielded cheap and good food, however.

Had an awful time at this property, we arrived from the airport at 2am (after confirming this time with the hostel on booking.com) and arrived to a man fast asleep We had to shake him to wake him up, once he woke up he told us someone was in the bed we booked so he’d give us a private room for a night. Then 5 mins of him looking for the keys for a private room while we just stood there watching before he told us he’d have to put us in the 6 bed dorm. The bathrooms were horrendous and look like they haven’t been cleaned in a while. The next morning after a bad nights sleep we elected to leave and told the people on the desk why, only for them to laugh at us! It was incredibly frustrating. If you’re staying here be warned they may give your bed away even if you confirm your time as we did.

Nancy. She had the energy of a true queen The lady that sings in the morning shift. She wakes you up with beautiful singing ( if you pay attention in the morning)
