Really fit the bill for what we needed--good breakfast, extremely welcoming staff and comfortable room. They have a white board listing all the fun events in the community that week, which we didn't need but would be super helpful for families staying longer than we did.

"Looking for a hotel that rents out a room w/o a functioning shade but doesn’t warn you? This is that place!"

Reserved a room a week of so in advance, arrived, checked in, went my room to discover that the shade was somehow tacked up on the window and totally non-functional. Went back to the front desk and was told that they knew about the problem and had no other available room. No advance heads up, not even when I was checking in, no apology unless a form email says later and in response to a complaint counts. Attaching pics.

Camere grandi.

Colazione basic. Niente di eccezionale. Signora alla reception scortese e maleducata. Ci ha fatto attendere per il check in con le valigie in mano 10 minuti poi ci ha detto scontrosamente "che dovete fare?" Siamo arrivati alle 18:15 stanchi del viaggio ma la camera non era pronta...!!! ( Il check in è alle 15). Ci hanno dato la camera alle 18:40. Nessuna scusa nessun gesto per il disagio. Siamo arrivati in città tardi per la cena, visto che tutti i ristoranti chiudono alle 21. Grande delusione.
