"Exceptional"

The staff were warm, welcoming and very helpful. They really are the soul of the place. The welcoming area and the restuarant area are really lovely with nice touches. The pool is clean, and there are towels available if you ask for them. The shower was really hot, and that in itself is unusual for Indonesia.

Nothing to complain about but to be aware. The immediate area is more industrial but it is close to the river so taking a cab across to the other side of the river is advisable.

"nice hotel in the centre"

Clean and cozy hotel. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast was delisious with many options to chose. Very good shower.

The arcon doesn't work. It works but doesn't make the room cooler. So it was hot to sleep. The internet is not enough to have zoom calls, but i used my mobile internet.
