Really nice hotel. Pool on the roof. Super nice staff

The room is very big, and clean, its good for our trip Receptionist is very kind and help a lot

The smell of cigarette smoke is overwhelming—I can’t stand it. The internet is extremely slow. In the morning at the restaurant, I’m not sure what happened at first, but I saw a guest apologizing, and then a staff member started scolding her harshly in Lao. Unfortunately, I understood everything what she said—it was incredibly rude. I ordered a pork steak, and they served it medium. I told them it’s undercooked, but the staff asked me, “Didn’t you choose the doneness when you ordered?” I was shocked! Pork should never be eaten undercooked—do they want me to risk getting a Streptococcus suis infection?

Not too bad, good location and good air conditioning but kept taking our towels and not replacing them. Toilet a bit smelly and no hand soap provided.

Convenient location right by Patuxay and Talat Sao. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Additionally, breakfast was yummy and rooms were clean!

The staff were fantastic and very helpful. The hotel was close to the market, great cafes and restaurants close by. The air-conditioning was wonderful.

The pool was terrible, over 1/4 of the tiles were missing off the bottom of the pool. The hand rails to get in the pool almost burns your hands. There needs to be more pool chairs and umbrellas for the patrons. The rooms and not sound proof so you will hear other patrons whilst in your room
