Großes Zimmer, Hilfe beim Transfer und buchen von Zugtickets, Laundry-Service war wirklich zügig

Pool war wegen Renovierung geschlossen, hierüber wurde man aber vorher nicht informiert; teilweise seltsamer Geruch am Gang; Zimmer leider direkt unter dem Rooftop-Pool, der gerade renoviert wird - der Bau-Lärm war teilweise unerträglich wenn man sich einen Tag vom Jetlag erholen wollte

Le service du personnel impeccable, le petit déjeuner bien

J'ai pris l'hôtel avec piscine mais piscine en travaux, la salle de sport comprise mais en travaux, les ouvriers refait la piscine tous les jours à partir de 6h30 impossible de dormir

The room was spacious, staff were very welcoming. One of the colleagues helped us order a takeaway as we were unable to do it from our phone and the kitchen was closed! Breakfast was really tasty.

The gym could do with an upgrade but had some dumbbells.
