Love the location

Staff was a little rude when we called to let them know that a very large group of people that weren’t staying at the facility were sneaking into the pool area. She actually was making excuses for the group that was behaving poorly as it didn’t matter that they were not part of the facilities guests.

Our King Suite was very nice. We appreciated having a refrigerator, microwave and countertop range in our Suite. The king-sized bed was among the most comfortable I have ever slept on.

There was a problem on our first full day. My wife and I had been out of the room all day and when we returned late afternoon we found the room hadn't been cleaned, the sheets on the bed hadn't been changed and our damp towels were still in the bathroom. My wife wanted to take a shower and I told her that I saw housekeeping carts and they would probably arrive at our room shortly. Two hours later they still had not arrived so I walked to the front desk and asked why our room hadn't been cleaned and I told them I wanted it cleaned immediately. The desk clerk responded by telling me they only clean the rooms every other day and at that time they had no one to clean our room. I asked her if that was their housekeeping policy, why then were no clean towels brought to our room while we were out. She couldn't provide an acceptable answer to my question so I assume that somehow housekeeping had overlooked cleaning our room that day and had forgotten to bring us clean towels.

The rooms were clean.

I went to celebrate my son's birthday with my family and I had my brother and sister-in-law just for one day. They asked how many people where staying and I told them 1 adult and 3 children apparently they needed to know because of we were using the pool they gave us wrist bands but I did tell them I had my brother and sister-in-law that were not staying just there to celebrate well apparently they said there is a $35.00 charge per person that will apply to those that are not staying and just to be in the pool area. Which is ridiculous and I would definitely not go back and recommend this place.

Pool and jacuzzi needs better management one family monopolized the jacuzzi for the entire day and night so no one else could use it.
