Nagyon jó az elhelyezkedése, minden pár perc sétára található. Mindennel fel volt szerelve, amire szükség van. A házigazda azonnal válaszolt az üzenetekre és foglalt parkolóhelyet.

Egy klíma van. Az apartman az emeleten helyezkedik el, a hozzá vezető lépcső nagyon meredek és veszélyes.

Sajnos a szomszédok és a lenti étteremből a zajok nagyon áthallatszanak, így aki erre érzékeny az inkább egy kívül eső részén foglaljon a városnak.
