Escalante Yurts

You absolutely feel the love and pride the owners have for their property and service. Lots of lovely details that want to make sure you feel welcome.

The yurt was lovely. Spacious, tastefuly decorated, comfortable bed. Jan was a wonderful host. We went mid December so can get a bit chilly at night. Good to have some layers. Overall magical experience!

Yurt was fantastic. Clean, well equipped, and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Escalante is a beautiful place and the yurt was a fun experience. If you have never had the experience you need to try it out. Hosts are amazing and they really strive to make your visit wonderful. We had a great time and hope to do it again.

Staying in the yurt is a wonderful and fresh expereince. My wife really enjoyed the outside shower in the evenings. I like the pastry welcome treats and breakfast. The bed is really comfortable and the air conditioning works like a charm and amazingly quiet.

Staying in a yurt was a great experiance. Nice change from traditional hotel. Love the privacy since yurt is stand alone structure. Additional shower outside was a nice twist.

The night in the Cedar yurt was one of the best experiences we’ve had while on a cross country hiking trip. The property owners were extremely friendly and accommodating. We rolled in with some car trouble and the owner immediately offered my husband assistance. The little touches of breakfast for the next morning already in our fridge and Gatorade for long hikes was awesome! They think if everything! We will definitely go back when in the area.
