Mykonos Soul Luxury Suites

As someone who travels to Mykonos almost every year, this hotel is the best I've ever been to, perfect location close to town, quiet, amazing view, everything is new and very high standard, private heated pool in the room, and above all, the service was simply perfect from the moment you entered. You are a prince, Iva takes care of everything, you can be calm, and Boris will take care of whatever food you want, at whatever time you want, with whatever coffee you are used to drinking. I will definitely be back.

Sehr kleines aber sehr luxuriöses Hotel

Das Zimmer war sehr ansprechend, aber nicht sehr praktisch, es gab zB keine Handtuchhalter

Das Personal war außergewöhnlich! Wir sind noch nie in einem Hotel so toll versorgt worden! Wir haben bei unserer Ankunft eine Karte erhalten mit jede Menge Tipps für (organisierte) Strände, Lokale, Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, etc. & jeder davon hat uns überzeugt! Das Frühstück, Cocktails und Abendessen sind super - man kann alles ins Lokal oder ins Zimmer bestellen! Auch das Swim-up Zimmer war ein absoluter Traum mit einem tollen Ausblick aufs Meer! Zum Geburtstag meines Mannes haben wir vom Hotel sogar ein kostenloses Floating Breakfast bekommen - so toll! Alles in allen einfach nur empfehlenswert!

Wonderful place, extremely kind staff, exceptional service

There were a lot of mosquitoes but it was our fault because we left the window open. The staff did everything they could to make us feel comfortable.

Abbiamo alloggiato nella suite, semplicemente meravigliosa. Piscina privata gigantesca con una vista spettacolare. Camera moderna, pulitissima e con doccia spaziosissima. Staff veramente super accogliente e molto disponibile: gentilissimi, professionali ma molto simpatici allo stesso tempo. Colazione in camera abbondante, curata e di alta qualità. Cocktail di benvenuto sublime, uno dei migliori mai provati. Un ringraziamento speciale a Ioana, veramente molto professionale, disponibile e amichevole. Servizio taxi fantastico. Ci ritorneremo a breve! Complimenti a tutti! Miglior hotel di Mykonos senza dubbio!

Wer es familiär und ruhig mag, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Zimmer: geräumig, reichlich Stauraum, bequeme Betten, große Regendusche, genügend Getränke und sehr sauber. Der Privatpool ist der Killer. Jeden Morgen nach dem Aufstehen eine Runde im Pool gedreht. Essen + Service: Ioanna hat uns rund eine Stunde erklärt, was die Insel zu bieten hat. Alles worauf wir Lust hatten, hat sie uns organisiert bzw. reserviert oder gebucht. Frühstück,Lunch oder Abendessen können über ein Tablet problemlos gebucht werden. Wir haben immer auf dem Zimmer gefrühstückt. Der ganze Staff ist so herzerwärmend freundlich. Immer hilfsbereit, immer für ein kleines Gespräch zu haben. Dieser Club...jederzeit wieder

Wenn es überhaupt etwas zu bemängeln gab, dann die etwas zu schwache Klimaanlage.

This place is incredible, probably the best hotel I have ever stayed at! 1. The room was amazing, clean, tidy and also such a beautiful room, the bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve stayed in in Europe. We had the private pool which was just amazing! 2. The food was so delicious, the breakfasts and all the food we have had here was absolutely perfect! 3. Finally the service, this is by far is the best service I have ever received. The tablet and using WhatsApp made communication so easy and their communication was extremely good. Ioana, Fortos, Bobby and the whole team made us feel like friends, they were genuinely so interested in what we were doing, how we were enjoying things and making sure we had the best experience possible. This was such an incredible stay I can’t wait to come back, if I could give this 20/10, I would. And also everything they did to make it special for our honeymoon was so appreciated, thank you so much!
