Comfort Inn & Suites Ormond Beach Oceanfront

We were surprised with the quality of this property. We would definitely visit again. The staff was warm and welcoming. No carpet – floors were “wood“ throughout our suites. Our group booked two suites. Full-size kitchen with four burner stove, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator-freezer, toaster, icee bucket, paper towel, plates, mugs, glasses, pots, cutlery, spatula, and peeler. Kitchen table with 4 upholstered chairs. Couch and chair, desk with chair, vanity area, large closet, 2 TVs. Plantation shutters in bedroom and kitchen. Beach access was simple. About five or six steps down and you’re on the beach. There were covered outdoor seating on the patio by the beach as well. Water pressure and water temperature in the shower was excellent! Communal balcony chairs and table face the sea. It was a nice place to sit in the evening. Pool is relatively large. Clean and deep. Minor Drawbacks: Commode in bathroom had no seat cover. The toilet seat was similar to those in public restrooms. The lights on the mirror were so bright. It made it difficult to see into the mirror when they were turned on. small breakfast area had seating for 18.

Super friendly staff

We had a great 2 night stay here. The room was a suite on the second floor with a full kitchen and an ocean view. Clean and well furnished. From the pool it's just steps to the beach and ocean. Breakfast was great!

Sehr gute Lage des Hotels mit ausreichendem Pool und direkt am Strand. Zimmerkomfort völlig okay.

Me and my husband stayed for two days and nights was very nice and pleasant in the beach access was great. It’s like having your own beach. It wasn’t crowded at all. I will be back again.

Location

They absolutely have a bit of a roach issue in the hotel. Found them daily, house keeping just picks and chooses what they’ll do. They didn’t do a thing to my room minus the towels. No where near enough seating for any family larger than 4 people. Just overall low end.

Great location and the staff were very helpful. The building is older but they seem to keep it clean. I liked that fact there was 0 carpet.

It is older and worn but they are working on upgrades.
