The best hotel I've stayed in for a long time. Comfortable beds, nice atmosphere (the video of the crackling fire on the TVs was a nice touch). Good breakfast options, especially the jams. Staff are helpful and the bar staff especially professional and friendly.
In a very good location, nice rooms and a good on site bar! One downfall would be the property advertising that they had air conditioning, but it was turned off :( I usually only book hotels with this feature.

Hotel is modern, warm and friendly. Bathrooms was very clean, fresh and inviting. Restaurant service ie for tea and breakfast only fast and friendly. Price very good

Ideally located near a main metro station and opposite the Chopin museum, the hotel offers modern comfort at a very reasonable price. The breakfast buffet is superb and the rooms impeccably clean and well-insulated.
